Abstract
Gastric antral vascular ectasia is a rare disorder which is usually detected in elderly woman. It is an important syndrome because it can be a reason of frequent blood transfusions. Patients also should be evaluated for co-existing diseases. Herein, we report a 75-year-old female patient diagnosed as Gastric antral vascular ectasia in our clinic and needed more than 20 units of erythrocyte transfusion during her follow-ups.
