Abstract

Alzheimer's disease is a progressive neurodegenerative disease that leads to gradual deterioration over time. As the disease progresses, cognitive skills, decision-making ability, and ability to perform daily tasks are significantly reduced. Aluminum is a proven neurotoxic agent in the etiology of Alzheimer's disease. Here, we present a patient who developed aluminum intoxication due to occupational exposure and presented to us with dementia and polyneuropathy findings.
