A rule out diagnosis: Adult Still's disease

Abstract

Adult Still's disease is a rare condition of which symptoms may be associated with many other diseases. Therefore, to rule out other more common diseases is important in the course of diagnosis. In this article, we explain how to diagnose the Still’s disease in a 20-year-old male patient who has fever, arthritis and rash, after probable causes have been ruled out.
