Minimally invasive cardiac surgery is a technique that is still in development. Video-assisted surgery with right anterolateral mini thoracotomy is one of the most frequently used techniques. In this article, we showed the removal of left atrial giant myxoma with video-assisted minimally invasive method from a 48-year-old female patient diagnosed after transient ischemic attack, and the repair of formed atrial septal defect and mitral regurgitation can be done in the same session without posing any additional risk to the patient from surgery.
