Hodgkin lymphoma is a lymphoproliferative malignancy characterized by solitary or generalized lymphadenomegaly. Hypoglycemia may present as a paraneoplastic syndrome due to solid organ tumors. There are limited cases of hypoglycemia related to Hodgkin lymphoma in the literature. In this article, we present a case of paraneoplastic hypoglycemia in which recurrent Hodgkin lymphoma was detected, who presented to our clinic with persistent hypoglycemia and had a history of cured Hodgkin lymphoma.
